The domain of EVs had sparked a curiosity in me to research more about them. In this process, I had analysed the potential disadvantages of EVs that are often overlooked in contemporary times. Increased environmental pollution, release of toxic fumes from vehicles and rise of EVs around the world were all constant topics in my mind while I was playing with magnets and cars.
That’s when this idea struck me – Why not run cars using magnets? This led me to research more on magnets and solenoids. I formulated a plausible idea of inculcating principles of electromagnetism .
I further developed this idea by adding a renewable energy – solar panel.
This idea was recognised by the government of India in my district which made me earn the INSPIRE MANAK Award. I have developed a digital prototype for the same.
